Vanity’s Playhouse is searching for online instructors who are ready to bring confidence, sensuality, and creativity to our community. We aren’t looking for “just” teachers. We’re looking for women who understand the heart of VPH — empowerment, authenticity, feminine expression, and movement that makes you feel something.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified pole instructors OR dancers with 3+ years of experience
• OR at least 1 year of pole-teaching experience
• Confident teaching online
• Consistent on social media and comfortable promoting classes
• Unapologetically themselves
• Sensual, creative, expressive, and able to hold space for women
• Dedicated to showing up, evolving, and connecting with our community

Instructor Responsibilities:

• Teach 1–2 online classes weekly
• Promote your classes at least twice per week on Instagram (tagging VP as collaborator)
• Create your own class name, structure, and lesson plan
• Help uplift, support, and grow the VPH community
• Optional: teach workshops + private lessons through the Playhouse
