Prefer 1-on-1 attention? Book a private virtual session with one of our instructors to work on tricks, flow, flexibility, or confidence at your own pace. We meet you wherever you are—mentally and physically.
CLASS STRUCTURE
- 5 minutes to go over goals/needs
- 10 minute warmup
- 40 minutes of class focus (pole dance, strength/conditioning, or flexibilty training)
- 5 minute cool down
