• Strength

• Dance experience
• A pole at home

• Beginner pole warm-up & body prep
• 1–2 beginner-friendly spins
• A simple transition
• Pole grip basics
• Beginner pole terminology (so you stop feeling lost)
• Safety + injury prevention fundamentals
